Returns Policy

We stand behind the quality of our work, and will do whatever we can to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. Due to the nature of the personalization / customization of each item, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, if there is an error in your order, please contact us within 5 days of receipt.

 

Our wood signs are made out of real wood, we use white wood from Home Depot. Natural wood may change based upon the environment it is displayed. If the wood on your sign cracks, or warps, we are not responsible for these natural changes. Thanks for your understanding.

 

We pride ourselves on our customer service. Please read each listing carefully. The listing you purchase is ONLY for the item listed. If you put in comments to ship another item, it won't be shipped. You will only be shipped the item purchased in the listing.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico contact us for shipping quote prior to purchase

We use priority shipping via United States Postal Service and Federal Express. Priority Shipping usually takes between 2- 3 days from time of shipment. Smaller items (less then 15oz) will be shipped via First Class USPS Mail.

 

Since each item is personalized once we receive your order, we ask that you allow up to 7 business days for embroidery products from purchase for us to hand craft your order. Personalized signs can take up to 14 days to hand craft. If you prefer rush processing or shipping, please contact us for a quote.

 

We are not responsible for shipping errors, shipping damages or mailing delays. We try to pack our items carefully to withstand shipping, and we also insure each item for up to $50.00. If you want to purchase more insurance, we can add that to your shipping quote.

 

We provide tracking information for each item shipped. We will help where we can to track your shipment, but ultimately it is your responsibility to work with either the post office or federal express for shipping delays or damages.
